Information collection and use
Two types of information may be collected when you visit our web site, information that you knowingly provide us (called personal information), and information that is obtained from your visit that is not directly associated with you (called non-personally identifiable information).
Use of Non-personally identifiable information
Non-personally identifiable information is collected without any direct association with you specifically. Our web site utilizes technologies used to compile such things as aggregated statistics about the common navigation paths within the sites, types of browsers and platforms that access the sites and the average connection speeds used to connect to the sites. In addition we also collect the IP address of visitors to our website. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address.
This information is used and may be shared with third parties to enhance the website and its functionality, to report aggregated usage statistics and related information, improve our system administration and to audit the use of our site. These technologies do not use or collect personally identifiable information, such as names or address, and do not link online actions to an identifiable person, nor do these technologies place any file or “cookie” permanently on your computer. We may also share this information if we are required to do so by a valid court order, governmental agency order or information request.
Use of Personal Information
Personal information may include information that you provide to us through such means as submitting your resume, completing an employment application through the website and when registering your contact information for future job opportunities. Such information may include your name, address, social security number, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as other information necessary to confirm your eligibility for employment.
The personal information that you submit to ACS will be reviewed against current and future job opportunities with us and our affiliates, to communicate with you regarding the status of your application for employment, and to confirm your eligibility for employment. If you provide us with any type of work related, educational or other references, we may confirm those references, using information you have provided, for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for employment.
We will provide the information to other third parties only for background, criminal and credit checks necessary to determine your eligibility for employment, as part of the screening and hiring process or if we are required to do so by a valid court order, governmental agency order or information request. If we employ you or if you are employed by any of our related or affiliated companies we will retain this information and may use it and disclose it to others for personnel, administrative or other purposes related to your employment with us.
We may collect and retain information on race, gender, ethnicity or other protected or special status. For example, where applicable laws and regulations require us to request and save race, gender, and ethnicity information for future government reporting; however, such information is not reviewed in connection with consideration for employment. We may also collect such information for personnel and/or administrative uses. Where there are laws or regulations covering this type of information, we will collect, retain and use the information and data in full compliance with applicable laws.
Security of Personal Information
We take our responsibility to secure the personal information in our possession very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. When you transmit your information to us, it is protected through the use of 128-bit encryption utilizing the Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") protocol. SSL makes it difficult for your information to be intercepted or stolen while being transmitted. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. We do not recommend that personal identification be sent to us through regular email as it cannot be encryption protected.

We recognize the importance of protecting children’s identities and privacy. This site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. The minimum age for employment with us is 16 years old.
