Support Services Technician

Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Support Services Technician. This highly visible position is located at our corporate headquarters in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

 

Duties Include:

ˇ         Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voicemail, and e-mail requests for assistance from end users experiencing problems.

ˇ         Interview end user to collect information about problem and lead through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error.

ˇ         Monitor and support of all voice, data connectivity, and equipment components and services.

ˇ         Analyze and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly data and reports for all operational business units.

 

Minimum Requirements:

ˇ         Associate's degree or sixty (60) credits from an accredited two- or four-year college or university and/or certificate(s) in an Information Technology field of study.  

ˇ         One (1) year of Help Desk or Support Services experience.

 

Please Note: This position is for an early first shift schedule (Sunday through Thursday from 5:00am to 2:00pm).
