Support Services Technician
Location: Glen Mills, PA Position Type: Full-Time Department: Information Technology

Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Support Services Technician. This highly visible position is located at our corporate headquarters in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.
Duties Include:
ˇAnswer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voicemail, and e-mail requests for assistance from end users experiencing problems.
ˇInterview end user to collect information about problem and lead through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error.
ˇMonitor and support of all voice, data connectivity, and equipment components and services.
ˇAnalyze and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly data and reports for all operational business units.
Minimum Requirements:
ˇAssociate's degree or sixty (60) credits from an accredited two- or four-year college or university and/or certificate(s) in an Information Technology field of study.
ˇOne (1) year of Help Desk or Support Services experience.
Please Note: This position is for an early first shift schedule (Sunday through Thursday from 5:00am to 2:00pm).
