Duties Include
·Maintain and build account profitability with new and assigned customers by using a range of banking products such as term debt, bridge loans and construction financing, participations, placements, as well as, depository and cash management products.
·Structure, price, and negotiate a transaction that meets the client’s requirements.
·Assist in facilitating the due diligence and closing of the transaction.
Minimum Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
·Three years of experience negotiating and closing commercial loan transactions.
